Mobility Management, Turnkey Projects & Electrification, Mainline Transport, Urban Transport and Customer Services. Customer Service is key to supporting client’s expectations, resolution of potential inconveniences and queries, and transferring client needs to the company. Therefore, is supported by the whole company to achieve high levels of clients’ satisfaction and loyalty, allowing us to expand our markets, adding new value to society by improving people’s mobility, comfort and safety around the world.

In Customer Service we work with the newest technologies, and with legacy products that the company supports until the end of its life cycle and renewal.
We want you to join us in our multidisciplinary international service Projects team, within The Siemens Customer Service Business Unit, in particular to the area of contracts execution international projects in charge of different scopes, including:
- Maintenance of Running Projects (normally in service operation).
- Expert Technical Support for Signalling, Control Centers and Electrification systems.
- Systems Renewals
- Technical support to Bidding in new offers preparation.

The main tasks are related to:
1- Project Management for Mobilization and Ramp-ups operations during early stages of running projects, which includes, but is not limited to:
a. Financials management.
b. Stakeholders’ management (providers, project team, client, auditors…)
c. Planning and coordination of work and needs (Head Counts, Materials and Tools).
d. Leading Milestones and Siemens processes.
e. Participation in Periodical and specific multicultural meetings with clients and experts at different projects around the world.
The Project Manager has the ultimate project responsibility. Siemens certifications process needs to be overpass during the job to allow the execution of that role.
f. Service Operation Manager at Maintenance running projects, with similar requirements as PM, but for Maintenance projects. 
g. Support technically international service projects for signaling and centralized traffic control systems, including but not limited to:
h. Interlocking
i. ETCS L1 and 2
j. Track Circuits
k. Axle Counters
l. Signals (LED, Alphanumerics, Fixed Plates)
m. CTC
n. Point Machines and crosspieces
o. Technical Buildings (plumbing, air conditioned, energy supply, civil works…)
p. CBTC
q. Auxiliary Detectors

The task considers that the candidate would be trained in different systems to acquire the required level of expertise and knowledge. Once problems exceed the employee capabilities, he/she would escalate the details to further support stages such as Engineering or providers to pursue a final resolution and mitigation of the problem, focus in prioritizing the avoidance/reduction of train services impact, and achieving the compromised response and repair times.
Technical support could be an iterative process at which tests, and info/logs request would be required during the investigation, and it could imply short-term on-site attendance on site projects.
The employee would be able to perform system’s training to the project teams, and need to have the communications and preparation abilities to achieve it.
Requirements for the position are:
o Electronical Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Telecommunication Engineer 
o Language: English Fluent (C Level), and Spanish valuable.
o Availability to travel 
o Driving License
o Team Building
o Resilience
o Troubleshooting 
Other valuable criteria:
o Project Management Certification (e.g. Siemens, PMI).
o Previous experience at Signalling projects.
o Previous experience at Railway projects.
o Previous experience at projects abroad (e.g. Middle East, Latin America).
