Executive Talent Managment Partner (f/m/d)
How does your new team look like?
- Proven experience in executive recruiting, pipelining and succession management at a global level.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives.
- Ability to conduct deep market research to understand industry trends and competitor landscapes.
- Partner with People & Organisation and business leadership teams to craft and implement scalable succession frameworks across Siemens.
- Drive initiatives to identify and elevate talent for critical roles, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
- Champion the use of data-driven assessment tools (e.g. HOGAN) to evaluate internal talent capabilities and development needs.
- Provide consultative guidance to senior management and executive candidates, facilitating informed decisions and strategic talent alignment.
- Use data and analytics to provide meaningful insights into talent trends, pipeline health, and organizational readiness.
- Present sophisticated talent data in an accessible, impactful way to influence partners and drive action.
- Find opportunities to improve processes and tools, ensuring best practices in executive talent management.

- Several years of experience in identifying, evaluating and developing senior leadership talent, ideally gained in a top-tier executive search firm or within a global, technology-focused organization.
- Experience implementing succession and talent management tools and frameworks within a complex, matrixed organization globally
- A consulting attigude with experience leading and implementing strategic People & Organization (P&O) initiatives.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, enabling you to engage effectively with executive partners and foster collaboration across all levels.
- A deep understanding of global matrix organizations and the ability to navigate complexity while driving alignment and action.
- Analytical prowess and creative problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges with confidence.
- Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Management or related fields, ideally combined with a coaching certificat
