Administrative Support for Global Mobility Team – Tax Operations (DPČ) (m/f/d)
Team of Global Mobility Tax Specialists is looking for a colleague who will help and support them with administrative tasks.
Your role involves:
• Generate and maintain regular reports related to travel, income, expenses and other relevant data
• Analyze and interpret data
• Administer the remuneration breakdown process for international travelers taking into consideration relevant policies and guidelines
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand specific needs and requirements for various admin tasks
• Stay informed about changes in legislation and industry standards that may impact allowance calculations
• Calculate and ensure compliance with local minimum wage laws for assignees
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of data to drive tax compliance
• Maintain organized and secured records of all collected data
• Collection of necessary documents related to taxes for international assignment
It would be great if you:
• have educational background within business administration or related field
• you can use English on business level
• you are willing to learn and are open-minded
• have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• flexibility and adaptability to change
• 20 hours per week, minimum 4 days per week
