What will you do?
Designs, implements and executes continuos improvemnts initiatives that optimize productivity in daily  bussines and improve service and performance metrics across all operations within materials and logistics.The objective will be to manage and monitor all strategic and improvement activities that fall outside the daily operations of our warehouse and shipping supervisors. This position is critical to driving efficiency, innovation, and optimization in our logistics operations, ensuring that projects and initiatives are planned, executed, and reported in an effective and timely manner.

• Manage and oversee projects and continuous improvement initiatives for warehousing and shipping areas that are not part of routine daily operations.
• Distribution and Monitoring of Activities:
• Assign follow-up tasks to the relevant teams and actively monitor their progress, ensuring that they are completed in a timely manner.
• Provide continuity to ongoing initiatives, identifying and managing potential deviations or risks to ensure that deadlines and objectives are met.
• Prepare and present periodic reports on the status, progress, and results of projects and initiatives to management and key stakeholders.
• Proactively identify areas of opportunity for process optimization and operational efficiency within warehouses and shipments.
• Act as a strategic support resource for supervisors, freeing them from administrative and project management burdens so they can focus on day-to-day operations.
• Percentage of projects and initiatives completed on time and within scope.
• Quality and clarity of action plans and progress reports.
• Level of satisfaction of supervisors/ operations leaders with the support and management of initiatives.
• Measurable impact of improvements implemented (e.g., cost reduction, efficiency improvement, error reduction).

What do you need to succeed?
• +5 years of experience in similar position (Manufacturing, automotive, e-Commerce, FMCG industries or similar).
• Professional Strengths and Skills.
• Languages: English ( Advanced).
• Hardware & Software: SAP Modules.
• Supply Chain , Power BI, Microsoft Office ( Advance).
• Project Management ( Intermediate - Advanced).
• Problem- solving and analytical skills ( Advanced).
• Communication and teamwork ( Advanced).
• Conflict management.
• To be proactive and have initiative.
