We are currently looking for a motivated and commercially minded Finance Advisor to join our Siemens Financial Services team in Dubai. This opportunity is especially attractive for junior to mid-level banking and finance professionals who are looking to expand their regional exposure and work on strategic financing solutions across the Middle East.

You’ll make an impact by

• Supporting the structuring and implementation of financing and risk mitigation solutions using a broad range of financial instruments such as trade finance, leasing, commercial loans, ECA-backed financing, letters of credit, and structured finance solutions.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders and external financial institutions to support commercially viable financing structures for projects across the Middle East region.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with banks, leasing companies, investment funds, ECAs, and financial partners across the UAE and wider regional market.
• Leveraging your understanding of the local and regional financial ecosystem to support deal execution and identify financing opportunities.
• Collaborating with Siemens business units to develop customer-focused financing concepts and innovative business models.
• Assisting during bid phases by preparing financing documentation, supporting negotiations, and contributing to successful financial close.
• Coordinating financing-related documentation during project execution and ensuring smooth stakeholder communication and reporting.

What will help you succeed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Around 3–7 years of relevant experience within the UAE or Middle East banking and financial services sector.
• Experience gained within a bank, financial institution, corporate banking environment, or structured finance function.
• Good understanding of the UAE and regional finance market, banking practices, and commercial environment.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage confidently with regional financial institutions and stakeholders.
• Exposure to areas such as trade finance, project finance, export finance, structured finance, or corporate banking is highly valued.
• Commercial mindset combined with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred for this role due to the regional stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of IFRS and financial analysis concepts is considered an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office tools and experience working within international and cross-functional environments.
