We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer

You’ll make a difference by:

  • Position Summary (Key Points)
  • Strong hands-on experience in Core Java
  • Solid understanding of data structures, multithreading, and design patterns
  • Ability to follow and enforce Java coding standards
  • Experience in performing peer code reviews
  • Good software design skills, including system and component-level design
  • Capability to write clear and effective technical and functional requirements
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Quick learner, self-driven, and proactive
  • Basic knowledge of Linux commands
  • Ability to manage workload and deliver tasks effectively
  • Good to have:
  • Awareness of JavaFX
  • Railway domain knowledge

Your success is grounded in:

  • 9+ years of experience is required.
  • Great Communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
