Team eMobility is looking for a marketing communications generalist — someone who's not afraid to get things done, even when the task goes beyond your core area of responsibility. While the big picture matters, this role is ultimately about specific business support — helping our teams win in the market through clear, effective communication. Your focus will be on communications across Europe.

Your mission will be…  

I. Text — Content, Messaging & Brand 
  • Getting to Know the Business: You'll invest time in truly understanding our products, markets, customers, and competitive landscape — because great communication starts with deep understanding 
  • Communication Planning: You'll support the development and execution of communication strategies and campaigns that align with business goals and strengthen our brand 
  • Content Creation & Storytelling: You'll help craft clear, engaging messages — from press releases and articles to presentations, case studies, and internal communications — that inform and inspire different audiences 
 
II. Digital — Channels, Campaigns & Optimization 
  • Website & Content Support: You'll contribute to keeping our websites engaging, accurate, and up to date; developing a foundational understanding of content management systems (CMS) and SEO principles.  
  • Content Optimization: You'll work with colleagues to ensure digital content is clear, relevant, and measurable 
  • Campaign Support: You'll assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns (e.g., email marketing, social media, content distribution) aimed at generating interest and leads 
  • Curiosity for Trends: You'll stay curious about trends, tools, and best practices — and bring fresh ideas to the team 

III. Organisation — Stakeholders & Events 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: You'll work closely with internal teams (e.g., product management, sales, HR) and external partners (e.g., media, agencies…) to support integrated communication efforts 
  • Event Support: You'll provide communication support for events, conferences, and webinars 
 

We are looking for someone with… 

Education: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field 
Experience & Skills: 
  • 3-4 of experience in marketing communications or a related area  
  • A genuine interest in understanding how businesses work — and the ability to quickly grasp complex topics and translate them into clear, compelling messages 
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail and the ability to adapt your tone for different audiences 
  • Basic knowledge of website content management systems (CMS), SEO, and digital marketing tools — experience with Contentful is a plus 
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment 
  • Experience in a B2B environment is a plus

Languages: 
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
