You’ll make a difference by:

• Hands-on experience in Westrace Interlocking Mk1 & Mk2 (both Hardware and Software).
• Experience with FAT & SAT, including installation, commissioning, and testing of interlocking systems at site.
• Willingness to travel to project sites based on requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot site failures, especially during emergency situations.
• Capability to guide site teams in performing failure analysis and resolving issues through technical support.
• Proficiency in preparing detailed technical failure reports, including observations, root cause, and corrective actions.
• Strong customer-facing skills to explain technical failures and attend customer meetings.
• Ability to maintain documentation and records in a structured and organized manner.
• Familiarity with ISO quality processes and adherence to standard quality workflows.
• Proactive approach in identifying issues, proposing improvements, and preventing repeat failures.
• Strong technical knowledge of interlocking systems and Railway Interlocking principles.
• Ability to deliver training for both internal team members and external customer personnel.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills with internal teams to ensure timely closure of tasks.
• IRSETLO license is an added advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronics, Industrial, or related field).
• 3+ Years experience in failure analysis
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• IRSETLO license is an added advantage.
