We are looking for Senior DevOps Engineer.

Before our software developers write even a single line of code, they have to understand what drives our customers. What is the environment? What is the user story based on? Implementation means – trying, testing, and improving outcomes until a final solution emerges. Knowledge means exchange – discussions with colleagues from all over the world.

Join our Digitalization Technology and Services (DTS) team based in Bangalore.

YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE BY:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance applications across multiple platforms

• Leading end-to-end application architecture and system design discussions

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions

• Mentoring and guiding junior developers, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices

• Evaluating and integrating modern tools, frameworks, and platforms to enhance development efficiency

• Driving technical decision-making and establishing coding standards and development guidelines

• Participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contributing to sprint planning and estimations

• Troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing timely resolutions

• Documenting technical specifications, architecture decisions, and development processes

JOB REQUIREMENTS/ SKILLS:

BE / B.Tech / MCA / ME / M.Tech with 5+ years of experience in

o Application Design & Development: Extensive experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications with a strong understanding of software architecture patterns (Microservices, Event-Driven, MVC, etc.)

o Programming Languages: Proficiency in one or more languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or similar

o Backend Development: Expertise in building RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend services

o Database Systems: Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch)

o Cloud Platforms: Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP services including compute, storage, and serverless architectures

o DevOps & CI/CD: Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)

o Data Integration Platforms: Experience with platforms like Airbyte, Apache Kafka, Apache Airflow, or similar ETL/ELT tools for data pipeline orchestration

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor team members

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

• Generative AI Knowledge: Familiarity with Generative AI technologies, LLMs (Large Language Models), prompt engineering, and AI/ML integration into applications

• Experience with AI frameworks and tools such as OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar

• Understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns

• Experience with real-time data streaming and processing

• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards (OWASP, SOC2, GDPR)

• Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs/publications

• Relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Kubernetes Administrator, etc.)
