We are actively seeking an exceptional and driven Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic XP team. As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture of our platform and integrated software solutions. You're a passionate Senior Software Developer with a proven track record in software development who wants to have the opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking projects that directly impact patient care and drive advancements in the medical field.
 
In this role, you are responsible to
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and evolve a customer complaint handling and imaging system.
• Design, develop, and maintain complaint handling modules using C#, .NET Core.
• Implement dynamic and user-friendly UIs with Telerik UI controls.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database schemas.
• Integrate data from internal systems and (optionally) Snowflake for reporting and analytics.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to complaint workflows.
• Contribute to application performance tuning, security, and scalability.
• Embrace an open feedback culture, fostering continuous improvement within the team.
 
 
To be successful in this role, your profile includes:
 
• Graduation or Post Graduation in Computer Science / Information Technology / Medical or Life Sciences
• 3–7 years of experience in software development.
• Prior experience in R&D environments and agile setups (SAFe/SCRUM) is an advantage.
• Hands-on expertise with MS Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git/TFVC, requirement management systems, and test automation frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server development (queries, indexing, stored procedures).
• Experience building responsive, enterprise-grade applications with Telerik UI.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools for automated and manual test execution.
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools for software delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex software development challenges.
• Experience working in multi-cultural, global teams and engaging with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with business fluency in English.
• A self-motivated, proactive, and assertive mindset.
