Then come and join our Thailand team as the HR Administrator (Internship Program) to provide quality support to the Human Resource Department in Siemens Healthcare. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks and projects in Human Resource. These are intended to provide you with operational experience as well as an overview in different HR functions.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
  • You will support HR in daily operation/ tasks as assigned.
  • You will support HR strategy and guidelines within organization.
  • You will support, collate and compile reports/ presentation or statistics.
  • You will support and executes HR projects and process enhancement to achieve lean and greater efficiency.
  • You will support HR corporate programs and services i.e. HR shared services, recruiting processes, talent development
  • You will track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all HR projects
  • You will coordinate with the candidate to arrange the interview.

 Your qualifications and experience:
  • You are currently studying bachelor’s degree in human resource or related field
  • You are able to prioritize work for the best interest of the team
  • You have problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks given
  • You are able to work independently with limited supervision
  • You are excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are excellent organizational and planning skills
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
