You are a member of an international team working on pioneering solutions for our global projects that will shape the energy industry of tomorrow. 
Embedded in a team of specialists, you take responsibility for worldwide Oil & Gas projects, executed by the Business Area EAD within the Transformation of Industry.

How You'll Make an Impact

Part of a team for designing HVAC systems e.g. plant layout, process flow diagram, in greenfield and brownfield projects.
Sizing of the HVAC equipment and determination of heat losses and heat gains, HVAC equipment selection
Preparing the HVAC Design Basis and Philosophy,
Preparing the HVAC SYSTEM - D & ID, AIR FLOW DIAGRAM
Preparing the Ducting Layout, Ducting Support Layout & Details, Insulation Details, HVAC System Standard Drawings
Preparing the CAUSE & EFFECT CHART
Knowledge on HVAC MCC, SLD, IO list etc.
Preparing the FAT and SAT Procedure, Material Handling Procedure
HVAC SYSTEM - Product Accessories & Catalogues,
Preparing the HVAC Cable schedule, Black diagram, Product Accessories & Catalogues
Knowledge on Logic diagram, HMI GRAPHIC DISPLAY FOR TOUCH SCREEN
Noise Calculation Report 
Evaluation and commenting of customer specification, customers questionnaire, deviations, compilation of proposal documents, cost calculations
Responsible to verify in detail BOQ and technical requirements from tender documentation
Ensure Subcontractor responses are complete & tabulated accurately on a Bid Evaluation spreadsheet
Proactively work with the technical preparation group to ensure commercial bid evaluations are completed in a timely manner
Preparation of the time schedule for the HVAC mechanical scope of works
Supervision of deadlines, quality, and costs for the mechanical scope of works
Responsibilities for development of FEED, basic and detailed HVAC design
Responsibility for the design review process (detail designs developed by partner companies)
Preparation of technical specifications and inquiry documentation
Participation in engineering and optimization of mechanical design
Preparation of required documentation during design and construction process
Support of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities

- Education: 
  - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience:
  - Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HVAC systems
- Skills & Competencies:
   - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and customers.
  - In-depth knowledge of HVAC used in Offshore platforms/ Oil & Gas platforms 
  - Proficiency in reading schematics, system diagrams, and manuals.
  - Proficiency in Logic diagram, HMI, Programming on HVAC System PLC 
  - Experience in project management, document management and occupational health and safety.
  - Very good knowledge of English
