Mission of the Role

To provide effective support in managing customer inquiries and orders with the aim of enhancing customer satisfaction, ensuring accurate and on-schedule supply, and supporting overall business success.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Sales Support
  • Advise on customer inquiries and prepare offers (RFQ, RFP, mini tenders).
  • Perform preliminary technical and commercial clarifications including credit checks, export control, delivery date planning, and offer validity management.
Order Processing
  • Capture and manage customer orders in the ERP system.
  • Confirm delivery dates and provide order confirmations to customers.
  • Monitor compliance with delivery dates and quantities, initiating proactive measures where needed.
Logistics & Delivery Coordination
  • Ensure timely deliveries; manage back orders through automated processes.
  • Support logistics planning, including packaging and transport coordination, to optimize efficiency and cost.
Financial & Commercial Support
  • Trigger invoicing processes and perform post-calculation checks.
  • Track order costs and apply additional charges where applicable to maintain accurate margins.
Collaboration & Information Sharing
  • Work closely with customers, suppliers, project managers, procurement teams, technical experts, and factories.
  • Share relevant information to maintain an effective and transparent logistics chain.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
  • 2 years’ experience in  Sales Administration, Operational support (order processing), or Commercial support (quotations and invoicing).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • High levels of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel to various Siemens offices and project sites.
  • Passion for business administration and accounting.
