You’ll make a difference by:

• We are seeking a motivated and technically curious Pega Developer (Fresher) to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a strong foundation in computer science, hands-on experience with the Pega Platform, and exposure to AI/ML technologies. The candidate will be involved in designing and developing low-code solutions, contributing to intelligent automation initiatives, and supporting digital transformation projects.
• Assist in the development and configuration of applications using the Pega Platform.
•  Work on core Pega components including:
• Case types, Decision rules, Flows, UI rules, and Validations.
•  Support the implementation of business logic and workflows aligned with client requirements.
• Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to understand functional specifications.
• Contribute to AI-integrated projects using tools like LangChain, Gemini API, and ChatGPT API.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
• Learn and apply best practices in low-code development and agile methodologies.

Your success is grounded in:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (B.Tech preferred).
• Academic or project experience with Pega Platform.
• Exposure to Python, Flask, Streamlit, and HTML/CSS.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools and LLMs (LangChain, Gemini API, etc.).
• Understanding of basic machine learning concepts and data handling.
• Knowledge of Pega Constellation and Pega GenAI.
• Experience in building web applications and working with real-time datasets.
• Certifications in Python, Data Analytics, or Power BI are a plus.
• Participation in hackathons or technical competitions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Self-driven and eager to learn new technologies.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
