We are looking for an experienced and motivated AIS Offering & Order Execution Engineer to manage offer preparation, order execution, and on-site service activities for Air Insulated Switchgear (AIS) systems up to 765kV. The role requires a strong technical background in high-voltage systems, hands-on field experience, and excellent coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

•Prepare technical and commercial offers for AIS projects.
•Manage and execute service orders within defined timelines and budgets.
•Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers for smooth job execution.
•Ensure quality and safety standards are followed during all activities.
•Monitor project progress and report status to management.
•Maintain accurate records of service activities, tools, and materials used.
•Support continuous improvement in process efficiency and customer satisfaction.
•Travel to customer sites for execution, supervision, or inspection as and when required.
•Record and submit UA/UC (Unsafe Act/Unsafe Condition) observations to the EHS officer regularly.
•Implement all management guidelines and instructions related to safety at site.
•Promote a strong safety culture and lead by example in all field operations.

Education:
•B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).

Experience:
•Minimum 6–7 years of experience in AIS offering and execution (66kV to 765kV).
•Hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of AIS or similar high-voltage switchgear.

Soft Skills:
•Excellent communication and coordination skills.
•Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability.
•Capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.
•Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude.
