We are looking for a Process Optimization and Data Management Specialist, to be hired with a permanent contract in Milano within the Smart Infrastructure area.

Your Challenge

As Process Optimization and Data Management Specialist, your mission will be to ensure accurate management of customer master data and support digital platforms and processes, enabling seamless operations and continuous improvement.

Your main activities will be:

·       Customer Master Data Management: creation, modification, activation of customers; management of blocks/unblocks; creation of Ship-to addresses; business reclassification; material transcodification; support for electronic invoicing and split payment.

·       E-Business Platforms: activation and maintenance of customers on Mall, ERP2MALL, Metel, Angaisa; agency management; workflow approval and updates on Simple Quote; cross-division collaboration.

·       Support & Continuous Improvement: resolution of system technical and users issues; handling requests from colleagues, sales, agencies, and customers nationwide; identification and implementation of process optimization initiatives in E2E order management process.

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

·       Diploma or Degree in Economics, Management, or IT-related fields.

·       Experience in ERP systems and master data management.

·       Knowledge of e-business platforms (Mall, Metel, Angaisa, ERP2MALL).

·       Familiarity with O2C (Order to Cash) process.

·       Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools.

·       Strong problem-solving, analytical and out-of-the-box thinking, project driven approach, and organizational skills.

·       Proficiency in English and Italian.

·       Eligibility to work in Italy.
