What are my responsibilities?

  • Define and ensure implementation of sales strategy, coordinate and plan the sales team capacity and guide the project selection for SMO CHN CS business
  • Develop customer relationships and expand at all levels of customer organization
  • Identify and track customer demands and opportunity, create and update sales strategy development plan in acquisition and sales phase
  • Order Intake with company approved KPI
  • Lead and guide acquisition & sales team for sales and bid activities, expertise and competence development
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence
  • Collaborate with key account team, government affairs, other BU, etc. to develop the cross-BU opportunities
  • Communicate and influence customers during bidding, negotiation phase and project execution phase

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • More than 15 years’ working experience in sales and marketing in railway industry, better with both mainline market and metro market
  • High presence and recognition at the management of key customers, e.g. China Railway, CRRC, Metro companies
  • More than 7 years’ work experience in multinational corporation
  • Bachelor’s degree or above and major in Engineering or equivalent fields
  • Proven sales track record of exceeding quotas and revenue targets business development in railway industry
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in managing key customer relationships
  • Good knowledge of customers, market environment and competitions
  • Strategic way of thinking, planning and taking actions
  • Wellness and capability adapt to the digitized transformation of the rail transit industry
  • People management experience
  • Fluent English skills
