We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager of Digital Services in Raleigh NC to manage the execution, commercialization, and customer delivery of Siemens’ next-generation digital service offerings.

This role would report to the Head of Digital Services, within a team focused on Electrification X — our flagship platform that enables customers to participate and benefit from digital services such as demand response, condition monitoring, asset performance, and cybersecurity.

The Program Manager will play a key role in a customer-focused execution team responsible for quoting, onboarding, monitoring, and service delivery — while closely partnering with a separate stakeholders such as product manager(s) who oversee product roadmap and feature development.

You’ll make a difference by:

  • Leading the commercialization and execution of Electrification X services, starting with demand response aggregation and ISO/RTO market participation.
  • Designing and implementing the structure, processes, and operational roadmap for a high-performing team focused on customer engagement, quoting, onboarding, and service delivery.
  • Collaborating directly with customers to translate digital solutions into tangible value, ensuring smooth adoption across diverse industries.
  • Partnering with the Product Lifecycle Manager to align on product roadmaps, feature sets, and deployment timelines, while maintaining a strong rhythm of execution.
  • Shaping the go-to-market strategy in coordination with marketing, commercial operations, and strategic partners.
  • Establishing and executing customer success frameworks, key performance metrics, and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Scaling the delivery of future Electrification X offerings, including asset condition monitoring, remote operations, cybersecurity-as-a-service, and distributed energy resource (DER) optimization.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, Business, or Computer Science or equivalent professional work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in the following: Energy or digital services, with a focus on leading customer delivery or technical commercialization teams.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of ISO/RTO demand response programs, utility program structures, and distributed energy resource (DER) technologies.
  • Proven ability to engage partners, develop teams, and collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts and business value.
  • Demonstrated success in project management, guiding initiatives from concept to completion within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, budgeting, and resource planning.
  • Knowledge of IT/OT integration, cloud platforms, and advanced solutions such as digital twins or condition-based maintenance.

The pay range for this position is $83,966 - $143,942 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
