Function: Manager – Transformer Services 

Your roles and responsibilities:
1. Preparation of techno-commercial proposals for providing Services to customers with Transformers/Reactors
2. Co-ordinate and support customers in troubleshooting technical issues pertaining to Transformers/Reactors
3. Travel to project sites and interact with customers to develop long-term partnerships
4. Propose O&M business models, acquire and execute for larger fleets of transformers. Ensure all business KPI's are met and drive customer delight
5. Prompt response to customer queries
6. Regular interactions with all internal stakeholders including Sales, HQ and other relevant Business Units like Transformer Works
7. Driving initiatives to expand the service business and capture new avenues like digital sensors

Qualifications & Requirements 
B.E / B. Tech in Electrical/Electrical and Electronics with 12 to 15 years of experience
Experience in large power transformers with know-how of ……
Proficiency in English language (verbal and written) and can present to mid-level leadership
Will require to travel PAN India (10-15% of the time) on account of discussions with customers
