Apply now for the position of Project Management Manager based in Casablanca, Morocco.

Your role:

  • Leads the “Country Morocco FI OTC PM function, with full accountability for team performance, project delivery, and capability development
  • Oversees the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring execution in line with PM@SHS standards, contractual commitments, and customer expectations
  • Manages and steers the country project portfolio, ensuring prioritization, resource optimization, and alignment with business objectives
  • Drives financial performance across projects, including revenue recognition, cash collection, margin protection, and working capital optimization in close collaboration with Finance (OTC CA / AR)
  • Ensures strong governance across all projects, including risk and opportunity management, stakeholder alignment, and escalation handling
  • Collaborates closely with Sales during the offer phase to ensure project feasibility, risk transparency, and clear definition of customer requirements
  • Drives continuous improvement of the OTC PM setup through harmonization, standardization, and digitalization, in line with OTC@Healthineers framework
  • Leads, coaches, and develops the Project Management team, fostering a high-performance culture and strengthening capabilities to address future business challenges

Your Expertise:

  • Master’s degree in Biomedical, project management or related discipline.
  • 8+ years of progressive project management experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Practical/hands-on experience within the OTC environment: project site construction skills, project management skills which are backed up by a strong technical background and project management qualifications.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Proven leadership experience, managing teams and multi-project environments.
  • Excellent communication skills to lead the Country PM organization and provide transparency in a complex matrix environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, across functions and management levels.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to lead, engage, motivate, and develop diverse teams.
  • Good understanding of CRM (Sales & Service), finance and SCM processes to drive synergies within the organization.
  • Fluent English and French
