Position Overview:

GBS H2R ELC is looking for a Portfolio Lead for the Travel and Expense services. This role is for single-point global ownership of T&E as a service. This includes all aspects of the business – strategic to operational to transformational.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Direction: define the portfolio vision, strategy and roadmap, aligning with the overall business objectives.
• Portfolio Management: Define, update and sustain an optimal portfolio T&E. Collaborate with H2R DPS and SAP Concur teams to outline end-to-end capability and services that can be offered. Work on suitable pricing models that are simple and comprehensive and deliver on profitability targets.
• Delivery model design including location optimization: Outline an ideal delivery model for the services and work with hubs and countries to achieve the end-state in a timebound manner.
• Digitalization: Drive utmost digitalization across the portfolio to simplify the landscape, eliminate waste and bring superior end-user experience, while being effective and efficient.
• Achieve Efficiency goals: Responsible for driving Productivity and VCC globally for H2R T&E services. Since T&E is centralized, push for more aggressive consolidation using automation and standardization.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with various H2R and P&O stakeholders, business units, regional teams, SCM and IT, to ensure alignment and support for portfolio management.
• Global Process Ownership: Accountable for the entire lifecycle of T&E services, from design and implementation to monitoring and improvement.
• Process Design and Improvement: Design, implement and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and stakeholder experience.o Performance Measurement and Reporting: Define and supervise KPIs, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement using data analysis.
• Standardization and Harmonization: Standardise processes to maximum extent possible, ensuring consistency and efficiency.o Pricing and case: Work on joint pricing model between IT and Services to ensure a simplified pricing model for clients.

We are looking for someone with…

• You have experience of leading T&E services in the Shared Services industry, specifically in Siemens H2R. And have handled fair size operations for a country or a region or a client.
• As part of this experience, you understand metrics and KPI and how they are evolving in this digitalized world.
• You also bring the knowledge of what our clients are looking for.
• You understand our landscape of systems and how they work with each other.
• You bring a solutioning attitude and have experience with process design, taxonomy definition, operating model definition.
• You have a good understanding of AI and GenAI solutions in the market and within Siemens. Or are willing to invest time in learning and implementing these solutions at an accelerated pace.
