Required skills necessary for the success of this role

At least 5-7 years’ experience in R&D areas such as electronics engineering or similar
University degree in electrical/electronics engineering systems, preferably supplemented with an MBA
Deep knowledge of electronics design topics (hardware, embedded software, FPGA), printed circuit board manufacturing / processes and local ecosystems
Knowledge of product lifecycle management process including R&D and engineering processes and all relevant interfaces between phases and to other processes
Knowledge of healthcare domain-specific products and technologies
Experience in innovation management and project management methods involving diverse stakeholders
High motivation and drive as a foundation for succeeding in challenging xBL / BA environment as well as collaborative working culture to generate cross value and synergies
Successful leadership experience is required
Fluent English skills both in verbal and written form
