This highly visible role reports directly to the Head of the East Region for Smart Infrastructure and is responsible for driving growth, shaping and executing the regional market strategy, expanding our footprint, elevating customer success, and strengthening our long-term competitive position.

We are looking for an Electrical Infrastructure Sales Leader. This position can be based in Nashville, TN, Huntsville, AL, or Birmingham, AL.

You'll make an impact by:

  • Lead the strategic direction and execution of sales initiatives to deliver profitable growth across the electrical infrastructure portfolio.
  • Create and drive contractor account strategies with clear long-term vision, competitive positioning, and tactical actions that align with regional and national priorities.
  • Provide direct leadership to the regional sales team, set priorities, develop talent, and ensure alignment with Siemens' growth strategy.
  • Develop and execute account penetration strategies that include customer acquisition, business development, and deeper engagement with existing accounts. 
  • Build and own executive relationships with key contractor accounts, partnering with channel leaders to navigate challenges and maximize opportunity capture.
  • Position Siemens' Smart Infrastructure portfolio as the partner of choice by educating contractors on the strategic value of our Low Voltage and Medium Voltage solutions.
  • Lead change management and adapt strategy to evolving market dynamics, ensuring Siemens stays competitive and forward-looking. 
  • Mentor, coach, and guide sales executives on win strategies, deal shaping, and positioning for long term growth.
  • Collaborate with Siemens Business Units-Electrical Products, Electrification & Automation, and Buildings & Services to align resources, strategies, and execution
  • Represent Siemens at industry conferences and forums such as NEMA and NECA, driving thought leadership and building Siemens' brand presence in the marketplace.

You will win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with team leadership in sales.
  • 5+ years of sales experience across contractor go to market channels including end-users, electrical contractors, distributors, design build, design bid build, and EPC's.
  • 5+ years of experience with shaping strategy, leading change management, and driving consultative, value-based selling.
  • 5+ years of experience with operating effectively in a matrixed environment while influencing across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Individual must possess a valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Individual must be at least 21 years of age to participate in the required Siemens vehicle plan.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

  • The pay range for this position is $118,800 - $203,700 and is eligible for a 42% Sales Incentive of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.

The pay range for this position is $118,800 - $203,700 annually with a target incentive of 42% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
