You’ll create impact by:

  • The Supply planner will own the Supply planning & management process to help designated business units to achieve higher service level through improving supply availability through collaborative planning process. This role is part of the Company Global Supply Chain Organization and will work together with other stakeholders to drive the supply planning of the Order Process and deliver the KPIs.
    Key job responsibilities include managing Supply Plan Adherence, driving data efficiency and managing supply surplus and shortages.
  • Leverage SAP (SD/Logistics modules) and Microsoft 365 Copilot to support end to end order processing, including order creation, confirmation, and fulfilment tracking, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams (Sales, Production, Logistics, Finance) to align order requirements, resolve constraints, and ensure seamless order execution.
  • Oversee the order entry, order confirmation, and order tracking lifecycle in SAP, ensuring data completeness, correct pricing, delivery dates, and contractual compliance.
  • Monitor order status proactively, identify discrepancies (quantity, pricing, delivery, or system inconsistencies), and coordinate timely resolution, providing clear updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, quality standards, contractual terms, and delivery timelines, supporting audit readiness and customer satisfaction.
  • This role is also critical to support global projects to standardize, streamline and align Supply planning process and measurement across the responsible entities.

Your defining qualities:

  • Utilize Copilot to Summarize order issues, email threads, and customer communications.
  • Implement and drive best practices for order management, including process improvements, standardization, and automation opportunities within SAP and M365 tools to improve cycle time and data quality.
  • Relevant experience in Demand or Supply Planning process in a complex multi plant supply.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant post qualification experience in reputed Organizations with relevant experience in Demand planning, forecasting or analysis.
