You’ll make a difference by:

  • Mission: Support the project manager and team in recording, tracking, and evidencing internal and external project requirements throughout the project lifecycle (bid to execution).
  • Requirements Management: Supervise the management of requirements using the RM tool, ensuring tracking, reporting, and metric generation.
  • System Setup & Administration: Configure and maintain the central requirements management system, provide user support, and build or adapt necessary tools.
  • RM Planning: Plan and document project-specific RM adjustments in the Requirements Management Plan, and coordinate document integration (e.g., SRS, SDS).
  • RM Reporting: Generate and adjust project status and process conformity reports.
  • RM in Projects: Represent RM within project processes, ensuring adherence to RM rules and optimizing RM implementation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and submit process and tool improvement suggestions to the RM@MM Change Control Board, and document improvements in ongoing projects.
  • Internal: Project team, RM department, stakeholders, and regional teams.
  • External: Customers (for bidding/contracts), suppliers, consortium partners, and external assessors.

Your success is grounded in:
  • You have bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Electrical or Electronics.
  • You carry 2 to 5 years of experience.
  • Must have experience conducting meetings and presentations and also worked in similar role in the past as Requirement Manager in project environment.
  • Working in a Railway Signaling Company will be an advantage.
  • Exposure to and working experience in the relevant Siemens sector domain (Industry, Energy, Healthcare, Infrastructure and Cities).
