- Manage product portfolio, cooperate with registration team to speed up registration cycle;
- Product marketing team development and strong marketing strategy and competition maintaining. Developing appropriate sales tools and training to sales force;
- Monitoring of sales and gross market performance, coordination with other function departments to drive business;
- Key account projects Initiative and development, include MOH, PGP central biding and cross region projects;
- Marketing event initiative and budget plan, include exhibitions, congresses, seminars, workshops, etc.
- Team building and strenthen team spirit and internal training/cross-BU training and keep product marketing team's stability and growth;
- Coordinate with other BL’s or teams from technical side to promote SIEMENS product/solutions.
- Team spirit, good ability of cooperation and coordination;
- Self-management&drievn/self-learning/very good communication skills with doctors.
