Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

  1. Be responsible for business financial result (bidding, contract negotiation, project execution etc. in terms of commercial.) -full
  2. Cooperation with Segment GM in leading the Segment, responsible for Finance and Business Administration. -full
  3. Analyzing the business performance, including the profitability, revenue, pricing and costs. -full
  4. People development (enhance team member in regards of commercial competence via on line training and regular commercial knowledge exchanging etc.). -full
  5. Process optimize (bidding, contract negotiation, project execution, claim management etc. in terms of commercial. ) - full
  6. Taking a lead role in solving commercial issues that may arise supporting by strong knowledge of FRG. -full
  7. Customer relationship management and regular AR collection. -full
  8. Supplier contract negotiation to keep margin stable. - full
  9. Business development. - full
What do I need to qualify for this job?

  1. Have more than 10 years of work experience on Commercial, Project Commercial and other related financial functions.
  2. Strong project business background.
  3. Excellent leadership qualities and proactive approach.
  4. Ability to identify issues and areas for improvement through analysis.
  5. Constantly updating knowledge, which includes keeping up to date with the latest FRG regulations
  6. Project Management, SAP, Bidding offer.
  7. Strong financial/business administrator educational background.
  8. Fluent English.

Solid knowledge:
  1. Intercoms.
  2. Currency knowledge.
  3. Tax knowledge.
  4. Insurance.
