- Be responsible for business financial result (bidding, contract negotiation, project execution etc. in terms of commercial.) -full
- Cooperation with Segment GM in leading the Segment, responsible for Finance and Business Administration. -full
- Analyzing the business performance, including the profitability, revenue, pricing and costs. -full
- People development (enhance team member in regards of commercial competence via on line training and regular commercial knowledge exchanging etc.). -full
- Process optimize (bidding, contract negotiation, project execution, claim management etc. in terms of commercial. ) - full
- Taking a lead role in solving commercial issues that may arise supporting by strong knowledge of FRG. -full
- Customer relationship management and regular AR collection. -full
- Supplier contract negotiation to keep margin stable. - full
- Business development. - full
- Have more than 10 years of work experience on Commercial, Project Commercial and other related financial functions.
- Strong project business background.
- Excellent leadership qualities and proactive approach.
- Ability to identify issues and areas for improvement through analysis.
- Constantly updating knowledge, which includes keeping up to date with the latest FRG regulations
- Project Management, SAP, Bidding offer.
- Strong financial/business administrator educational background.
- Fluent English.
- Currency knowledge.
- Tax knowledge.
