Customer Service Headquarters Support (HSC) Engineer

Description of responsibility:
Working in customer service headquarters, HSC engineer needs to
-Deliver 3rd level technical support for medical products to the Siemens Healthcare Regional Units, as well as Regional Support Centers worldwide,
-Provide knowledge and maintain knowledge base to enhance Healthcare‘s service performance globally, 
-Support the Business Lines (BL) in change process to improve product quality continuously,
-Support new product introduction to ensure a smooth product launch.

Experience required:
-Candidate is required with min. 3 years of field service experience or developing experience of medical imaging products.
-Experience of working in an International culture is preferred.

Language Skills Required:
Fluent oral and written English

Education Background:
Bachelor degree or above in Engineering
