What are my responsibilities?

Leading the Finance team and Controlling Team

Responsible for development and implementation of a costing and controlling system for a company with several business units.

Manage financial activities of the organization, control its financial resources and ensure that all financial transactions systems and procedures comply with regulations, accounting principles, and standards and coordinate the operational accounting tasks with the central SIEMENS shared service teams. 

Analyze the organization’s revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to forecast it's short, medium, and long-term cash flow position;          

Advise senior management on financial matters and on the potential impact of current and future laws and regulations on the operation of the organization.

Provide technical expertise and advice on financial issues to functional or operational areas managers to help them develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities.

Prepare the organization’s financial reports and present findings and recommendations to the top management level. Reports may include auditor and financial analyst reports; profit and loss statements and balance sheets; and regulatory reports

Ensure that all tax returns, tax declarations, and other required reports are submitted together with the shared service functions accurately and on time.

Manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and advisors (for example tax advisors, accounting firms) to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.

Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop financial and controlling staff to ensure that the organization’s accounting activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards.

Excellent English skill

Problem solving and high leadership

Labor, safety, health and environmental laws

8 years and above experience in finance management

At least being a manager for multinational company and multiple teams over a period of 5 years    

Working in different foreign company cultures
