Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

Manages the Supply Chain activities and team in organization assigned to ensure optimized Supply Chain services and processes.

Lead team to manage and follow up order process and production plan, take all necessary actions to fulfill confirmed delivery date to meet customer requirement.       

Lead team to buy the right material at the right time in the right quantity and quality from qualified suppliers, based on requirements according to the existing agreements with the supplier to ensure smooth material supply chain.                                                                               

Lead team to complete regular forecasting and planning for a number of relevant indicators (e.g. turnover, production, inventories, changes in inventory, capital expenditure requirements, employee capacities, etc.).                                                                                         

Plans and controls assigned inventories and stocks (e.g. supply level, planning adjustments, etc.), analyzes inventory changes and develops measures for inventory reduction.                                         

Maintains a network and cooperates with all involved stakeholder in the respective processes.        

Team performance management & people development.                                                            

Complete other tasks assigned by superior.


What do I need to qualify for this job?

 Capability of problem solving with "think out of box", logical and systematic thinking          

Comprehensive understanding of supply chain

Strong leadership in people management and driving changes

Above 5 years supply chain management experience in manufacturing plant                                          

Familiar with supply chain process in manufacturing plant                                                            

Strong leadership in people management and driving changes                                                                   

Intercultural sensitivity and adaptability
