You will architect, design and develop prototypes and technology demonstrators with a very high quality to solve contemporary and emerging critical business challenges using formal approaches. Following are (but not limited to) your core business expectations:
Demonstrate passion for deep understanding in state-of-the-art and emerging rigorous methods for verification and validation. This includes for instance one or more of model-checking, Fuzzing, symbolic execution, concolic testing, and CEGAR.
Hands-on skill in applying the above techniques to real industrial problems to deliver solutions to Siemens business globally.
Continuously hone and upgrade your skills in the constantly evolving technology world: create the future through intellectual property such as patents and publications in prestigious conferences and journals.
Use your skills to move the world forward.
Masters/ Ph.D. in Computer Science (especially in formal methods or related area)
Knowledge of model checking and using SMT solvers (e.g Z3)
Knowledge of rigorous software engineering, Abstract interpretation, CEGAR, compiler techniques, program analysis - static and dynamic analysis etc. is preferred.
Knowledge of ML concepts such as reinforcement learning , deep learning is preferred.
Excellent programming skills in Python or C/C++ or JAVA
You have excellent communication and presentation skills
While you are self-motivated and capable of working independently, you are also comfortable in teams
Masters/ Ph.D. in Computer Science (or related fields)
Technical papers at prestigious conferences and journals would be a plus
