Job Description

Assist in the preparation of documents and as required take meeting minutes and follow-up to ensure close of action items.

    

Responsible for making travel arrangements including booking flights, reserving hotels, register-ing for meetings and seminars, and car rentals etc.

    

Liaison with senior management from both within and outside of the company.

    

Setup, coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences including global dial in and web meetings.  


Manage the Supervisor’s calendar and schedule meetings at times that work best.  Also responsible for reminders of upcoming meeting dates with time and location.

    

Manage the Supervisor’s expenses.

    

Plan and draft yearly management calendar.

    

Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.

    

Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system, assist the Supervisor to manage the signing process.

    

Other duties as assigned.

 

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Bachelor’s degree or above with a min. of 2 years of related experience

    

Strong English capability (read, write, speak)

    

Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point

    

Strong professional presence with exceptional sound communication skills.

    

Able to manage conflict, excellent planning, organization and time-management skills

    

Highly motivated, self-starter, results driven, with the ability to demonstrate problem solving and decision making skills.”
