What are my responsibilities?

          Professional customer relationship management plan execution with creative & strategic thinking according to globally CRM guideline;

          Clearly understand Global Business Service Purchase-to-Pay strategy, business plan;

          Understand Global Business Service Purchase-to-Pay service nature, Purchase-to-Pay business trend, innovation as well as automation potential;

          Business analysis for marketing trend and structure the main focus of business growth;

          Drive to promote best practices with customers and enlarge the service scopes;

          Customer relationship management with efficient approach way;

          Ensure high customer satisfaction indicator and customer satisfaction evaluation follow up;

          Ensure that timely communication with all internal service function team;

          Other tasks assigned by team leader or manager;

Education Requirement:

          Bachelor or above

          Knowledge and interest in shared service required

          More than 3 years shared service sales working experience preferred

          Fluent English in Reading & Writing

          Skillful in Microsoft software, such as PPT, Excel
