The Zone Clinical Sales Specialist reports to Zone Clinical Director
Consistently demonstrates the ability to strategically plan and actively participate in customer sales demonstrations and customer trainings aligned with market strategies.
Maintains market expertise in knowledge of the competition and demonstrates ability to counter any objections, provide competitive setups/traps, and speak knowledgeably regarding differences in system utilizing a positive approach.
Acts as a zone expert, to support key demonstrations with other clinical sales specialists, providing coaching and feedback on their demonstration techniques. Understands and presents the technology associated with all Cardiology/General Imaging products.
Proven ability to apply effective teaching methods that result in maximum customer satisfaction, to fully utilize the product in the sales and educational environments within guidelines. Adheres to customer’s policies and procedures and standards.
Consistently demonstrates the ability to strategically plan and perform demonstrations that results in clear differential of the products both clinically and technically. Results will be measured by individual and regional sales performance.
Coach/Mentor to new hires.
Supports External customer education courses.
Supports National and Regional trade shows.
This role will perform other duties as assigned
Must be RDMS or RDCS registered
Must have minimum 5 years’ experience as a Territory Clinical Sales Specialist or equivalent work experience
Must have valid driver’s license
Must be willing to travel as needed
