Schedules are flexible and include on-call work and pre-scheduled work during our regular operating hours, Mon-Fri 7:30 AM -6 PM. Hourly rate starts at $14.00.

As a substitute teacher you will receive on-site training and gain valuable experience in an innovative, high quality program working alongside our skilled teaching teams.
Responsibilities of this position include:
-Supporting the daily work of our school through curriculum that is responsive to children's interests.
-Participating in direct care-giving routines with children.
-Open and constructive conversations with communication with colleagues and parents.
-Ability to enroll in the Oregon Child Care Division's Central Background Registry
-Food Handler's Card
-First Aid/CPR Certification (infant/pediatric/adult)
The Mentor Graphics Child Development Center is an employer-sponsored center at the company's worldwide headquarters in Wilsonville, approximately 20 miles from downtown Portland. Substitute teachers are hired through a contract agency and are not eligible for benefits.
