The Challenge

Begin your graduate journey with us whilst taking part in our fantastic graduate development programme. We will create an individual training plan to help you to develop the specific skills and knowledge required for your role. By the end of it you will be set up with the best knowledge to equip you for your professional career within Siemens.

  • Write professional technical reports and documentation
  • Resolve customer facing engineering queries & issues
  • Effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical customers
  • Report and give updates to customers on a regular basis
  • Effectively balance your time across several projects
  • Take customer requirements and convert them to work to pass to development team
  • Support investigations into software and hardware incidents
  • Gain acceptance from the customer for product and projects (i.e. FATs and SATs)
  • Work to a time based budget

You have or are graduating a relevant software, electrical or electronics engineering Master’s degree.

‘Hands on’ technical experience gained during industrial placements / degree projects and exposure to software or hardware design, IoT, etc. would be an advantage. You will require, as a minimum, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office elements.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, an eye for details and are a problem solver. Good communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and results back to the team and management.
