We provide our Hire-to-Retire services along the complete lifecycle of an employee from onboarding to pension services. What are my responsibilities?
--Provide personnel lifecycle services (check-in/out/transfer)
--Employee Certification service
--Employment Contract administration& P-file management
--Long service award
--Employee daily query support related to HR topics
--Take part in internal and external projects.
--Deal with HR tools
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- At least 2 years' HR related work experience. ER experience is preferred
- Bachelor or above
- HR general competencies
- Proficient in MS Office and HR related applications
- Business and customer focus mindset
- English level: Intermediate
- Has strong Learning Ability
- Good communication skill and teamwork spirit
