Pathology Solution Architect

Job Description

Siemens Healthineers are recruiting for a Pathology Solution Architect to join our team. 

The Pathology Solution Architect is responsible for the construction of winning Managed Pathology customer solutions and solution messaging according to customer needs and responses to insights.

The scope of solutions to be constructed will often be pan-pathology solutions across major NHS pathology networks and involve a portfolio of Siemens products, 3rd party products and internal and external services.

Your Duties will include:

Together with our Healthcare Consulting Solution (HCS) team, 3rd Parties and a variety of internal stakeholders, the Pathology Solution Architect is responsible for translating customer needs and the shared insights that have gained attention from the customer's decision stakeholders into a solution. This solution will deliver significant operational benefits for the customer, address identified pain points and form the basis for a winning technical and financial bid.

In addition to the solution itself, the Pathology Solution Architect is responsible for producing an engagement plan and stakeholder messaging matrix such that the solution may be consistently micro-marketed through all communications with the customer, backed by evidence (that should be gained involving product line marketing, HCS, MPS solution manager and 3rd parties).

The Pathology Solution Architect is a core part of the sales project team and will work very closely with the MPS sales manager and the sales process manager, with the expectation that they will achieve all tasks set by the sales process manager according to the required timelines. As the solution owner, the Pathology Solution Architect will be responsible for ensuring the tender documentation relating to the solution offered are completed containing a compelling story of the highest standard. They shall be responsible for ensuring that the solution proposed is validated and approved by both the customer and the internal management team in line with the design management process.
