Senior Director, Enterprise Marketing - LD North America
Location: Tarrytown, NY
The Senior Director of Enterprise Marketing is primarily responsible for developing and articulating the value proposition of the SHS product and solution portfolio in the NAM region, strategizing, planning, executing, the integrated marketing campaigns to generate demand across the entire portfolio. Furthermore, this Marketing leader will be responsible for planning and executing clinical and commercial Advisory Boards, developing Key Opinion Leader (KOL) strategies, and creating trade show and customer event strategy to support the NAM LD Commercial team objectives.
Reporting directly to the Head of NAM LD Marketing, this role requires working cross-functionally across the Marketing organization, Sales, Product, and other teams. The ideal candidate will be a fundamentally sound marketer who understands the entire mix and has proven experience with an ability to manage multiple competing priorities in an ever changing and growing dynamic environment.
Candidate must be able to articulate the innovation and positioning of Siemens Healthineers products to the clinical community and have strong appreciation for the technical needs and challenges of diagnostics industry in the US market.

§ Develop SHS NAM Laboratory Diagnostics Value Proposition and create broader value story for SHS, supported by segment specific and stakeholder specific messaging.
§ Work closely with Global Marketing, NAM LD Marketing and Sales stakeholders to implement and optimize integrated marketing initiatives and programs that create demand across SHS portfolio
§ In alignment with the NAM LD strategic priorities, plan and execute clinical and or commercial Advisory Board strategy
§ Develop a Key Opinion Leader program to support commercial expansion of NAM LD portfolio
§ Create a trade show and customer event strategy to support the NAM LD Commercial team objectives
§ Lead development of strategies, tools, and programs to enable sales and key account engagement
§ Oversee market and competitive analysis and research to inform planning activities
§ Establish and nurture cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders and partners
§ Recruit, build, lead and develop a high-impact, highly collaborative, customer-aligned Enterprise Marketing team
§ Position is based out of the Tarrytown office with ability to travel 25% when needed.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
Education: Minimum of BA/BS degree in medical health sciences (Medical Technology, biology, clinical Chemistry, etc.) or in business or marketing
- 10 years of relevant experience managing teams with a minimum of 8 years’ in lab diagnostics
- Excellent and demonstrated skills in leading people, driving accountability and providing creative customer communication
- Experience building partnerships and partner networks, as well as the development of complex partnership agreements
- Excellence building cross-functional relationships and alignment, particularly with sales and product organizations
- Passion for results, measurement, and optimization to continuously drive KPIs
- Ability to think out of the box and test new, creative approaches and strategies
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual presentation skills. Highly analytical.
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
