The goal of the Sales Operations team is to drive commercial execution and provide zones and countries HQ support.  Commercial Operations team works closely with CRM Excellence team to utilize data to guide the business in a more structured manner. The Sales support professional is responsible to provide commercial support to the zones to achieve business targets in different aspects.  Based on experience, will be expected to provide new ideas on how we can better support the business and enable sales excellence in the zones.

This position reports to Senior Director of Commercial Operations.

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Sales Support Professional, you will be responsible for: 

  • Driving M&S SO targets and goals for commercial excellence to meet business targets
  • Analyzing CRM data to identify trends impacting zones and create plans to address
  • Conducting funnel and forecast reviews with zones based on CRM data and creating zone specific plans as needed to support business needs
  • Driving continuous improvement thru monitoring and accountability
  • Driving S&OP process by aligning with country and zone to provide SCM a verified
  • zone demand
  • Supporting and aligning MTA/MBR budget process with zones and HQ stakeholders
  • Creating Business Partner program aligned with Healthineers M&S guidelines
  • Designing and driving sales programs to drive behaviors aligned with business needs
  • Driving sales activities on global level to improve win rates.  Act as liaison from HQs to zones
  • (coordinate PPM support, facilitate VIP visits, etc.)
  • Collaborate with HQ Marketing teams for product lifecycle business impact.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in Business management, sales or marketing
  • Working experience in sales/CRM organization and good understanding of CRM processes
  • Experience in working with multinational teams and/or different countries and cultures
  • Strong knowledge of PowerPoint/Excel
  • Ability to work across multi-functional teams and cross collaborations projects
  • High standards of quality and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Drive for innovation
  • Teamwork oriented / collaborative attitude
  • Proficient English

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

  • Ability to work flexible schedule due to required communications needs to support zones and countries
  • Experience in the field of medical diagnostics
