Then come in and join our global team as a Sales and Marketing Operations Executive, In- Vitro Diagnostics. You will be expose to handle a full spectrum of work to contribute to the success of the business.  

Your mission and responsibilities:

  • You will support the In Vitro Sales Team in carrying out all In Vitro Diagnostics sales, marketing, and customers activities within Singapore & Brunei.
  • You will support the quotation process, tenders’ submission and ongoing projects, work with various internal stakeholder across local and regional departments in order to adhere to submission deadlines.
  • You will assist in preparation of sales and marketing operations reports and activities. This includes –
    • PowerPoint presentations
    • Data visualization reports, e.g. Power BI
    • Sales opportunity qualification
    • Sales and Operations Planning
    • Product-related SOPs
    • Marketing collaterals
  • You will provide support in administrative tasks for the In Vitro Sales and Singapore Team. This includes –
    • Travel arrangements
    • Logistics arrangements
    • Sponsorship activities from HCPs or HCOs
    • Events preparation and execution of local workshops, conferences and exhibitions.

Your qualifications and experiences:

  • You are a Polytechnic graduate / Bachelor graduate (fresh graduates are welcome to apply) 

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Applications e.g. MS Word, Excel, PPT 

  • Working knowledge of MS Teams, Power BI and SAP Applications is an advantage  

  • Previous experience in a clinical diagnostics or healthcare organization is an advantage

Your personality and skills:

  • You take ownership of the task on hand and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. 

  • You are self-driven, goal-oriented and energized team player. 

  • You have strong organizational and planning skills.

  • You have the discipline to follow-up on routine tasks, and willingness to take on stretch assignments.
