POC (Point of Care) Diabetes Care

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the POC Diabetes Care Lead Product Manager in achieving annual sales revenue and gross margin goals to grow top-line and bottom line.
  • Support the Lead Product Manager in activities to manage daily business operations.
  • Develop effective cross functional working relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Support the Lead Product Manager to work closely with the management team to support a wide range of business development activities including but not limited to; strategy formulation, new product requirements and new business opportunities.
  • Help countries successfully drive revenue growth across the product portfolio.
  • Identify, evaluate, and report on market and customer opportunities.
  • Collaborate with regional product marketing teams regarding pricing strategies, quality initiatives, and future product development requirements to help shape our portfolio roadmap.
  • Identify, analyze, and report on competitive threats and pricing, customer concerns, and market dynamics.
  • Work closely with customer service and product delivery team in order to ensure customers’ product requirements

Minimum qualification

  • 3+ years of experience with demonstrated experience delivering on commitments to drive a high growth business.
  • Strong analytical skills working with data to facilitate product decisions
  • Technical background and able to effectively negotiate with cross functional teams
  • MBA preferred
  • Bachelors degree in related field essential (Business, Marketing, Engineering or Biomedical Science)
