What role will you play?
Conduct qualitative and quantitative high-level process assessment to prioritize process screenings by estimated automation potential per business function, also considering already ongoing / planned automation activities
Consult the client in robotic process automation and drive use case discovery across Finance, Sales Support and R&D / PLM.
Educate client business experts on conditions and constraints for successful process automation / automation ideas
Set up and align a discovery roadmap to ensure even treatment of business units with respect to their individual availabilities and business constraints
Following the established discovery roadmap, conduct standardized process screenings in 3-weeks sprints with defined methodology, goals and deliverables (start of sprint: sprint goal (description of process area for screening in the respective sprint & targeted progress), list of identified automation ideas, business cases, TDDs / PDDs (including AS-IS & TO-BE) to be handed over to the client and SMC at the end of each sprint
Identify the best solution for each particular case
Consult with relevant Siemens companies (process experts, RPA developers, architects, …)
Collaborate closely with our internal consulting team workstream to advise on automation impact on scenarios

What do you need to qualify for this job?
Ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment
Advanced computer software skills, including Office tools (e.g. excel, pptx)
English and German speaker mandatory
Able to propose and implement improvements in procedures
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Education Background university degree, in Management sciences
Any previous experience in process analysis or business consultancy will be an advantage
Possible requirement to be abroad for a limited period of time (Switzerland and France)
