What part will you play?
  • As a Junior Cybersecurity Professional (Service Management) you support the Service Owner and Service Manager
  • You are responsible for designing, creating, delivering, supporting and managing the lifecycle of Cybersecurity Services
  • You monitor the performance of service provisioning and creating reports (standard and individual) for service manager
  • Furthermore, you create customized reports of service data for end users and other stakeholders as well as analyze service data for service improvement
  • You support innovation projects related to these services as well as end users
  • Last but not least you are responsible for creating, reviewing and maintaining Wiki-pages and other help pages
What you need to make real what matters.
  • The foundation of your success is a university degree in information technology, Cybersecurity or a comparable education.
  • You convince us with professional experience of 1-2 years in Cybersecurity and / or Information Technology
  • You´re able to think outside of traditional boundaries and focused on innovation
  • In addition, you understand business needs and you are able to transform them into solutions
  • Of course, you´re open for new experiences and challenges to support the Cybersecurity ecosystem and technology interface 
  • You work collaboratively in global networks, identifying trends and bring innovations in the field
  • As you act in an international environment you bring business-fluent English language skills, German skills are a plus
