Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

Defines and implements superior and cross functional EHS standards, principles and guidelines.
Is responsible for and coordinates implementation of defined measures according to relevant (corporate) EHS guidelines and regulations locally.
Monitors existing and potential EHS concerns and recommends priorities for resolution.
Initiates and co-ordinates collection and consolidation of necessary data for effective EHS reporting. 
Analyzes statistical information regarding EHS and gives advice and recommendation for appropriate measures.
"Maintain and improve ISO14001&OHSAS18001 management system to guarantee system runing effectively.
PPE budgets/expenditures and other resources, and decides and monitors its´ allocation, within given limits. 
Communication with other departments for problem solving to delivery final result.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

8+ EHS work experience, can be working independently with good execute ability 
Good safety knowledge 有一定的安全技术管理知识(设备、电器、化学品等); 
Be familiar with national and international ES&H standards and regulations 熟悉国内国际EHS标准和法规 
 Proficiency of English both oral and written 英语口语书面熟练 
Bachelor Degree or above in engineering background 工程背景本科或以上学历  
Responsibility / autonomy 工作积极主动,有责任心 
Strong leadership and capacity of planning, organize and coach 具有强力的计划,组织,导向的领导能力 
Analytical skills / Reactivity / Interpersonal skills / Pedagogy 具有分析调研能力,良好的沟通能力,培训能力
