What are my responsibilities?
To size sales opportunity for BT solution package in commercial building market, approach customer requirement and identify the real information
Set-up and maintain stable customer relationship with Key commercial building customers and develop customer network.
Own the task of commercial building Sales target in responsible Region.
Lead and organize the supporting team for tendering cases, responsible for the application process with management internally for support from company.
Promote transparency of business development trend of the responsible customer, support management and related function team have the clear understanding with the field.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Knowledge on commercial building market;
Deep understanding of Building Solution Experience;
Good command on key account management experience and new potential business channel development;
Well operation in Office and AutoCAD, English reading and speech.
