  • SAP Basis Know How on Expert Level
  • Usermanagement- / Role administration
  • Support Package Upgrades (Ordering from systems / database copies / SP Stacks… / coordination SPAU)
  • HANA Knownledge
  • Performance analyses
  • Certificate handling
  • Interfaces of different types (RFC / HTTP / Webservices) to different targets (Intranet / Cloud)
  • ARI Management
  • Printer / XPrint
  • OS: Windows and Linux Know How
  • Server management: Know How needed / not handed over to Provider!
    • Content server
    • IIS Server
    • Plossys
  • HTTP connections
  • Support of internal & external audits
  • Work on/according to CERT measurement plan
  • Support of issue solving (e.g. performance issues)
  • Providermanagement
    • to external datacenter provider
    • to external offshore provider
  • Tools in Usage: IMS / Conigma
  • Coordination of emergency cases
  • Good knowledge of general Cert / ISEC guidelines (what is allowed / what is disallowed)
