What are my responsibilities?
Participates and supports manager in accomplishing the respective tasks, and managing the responsibility area, organization or assigned projects.
Gathers, analyzes and evaluates relevant data, and provides comprehensive reports and decision memos.
Prepares presentations, reports, statistical charts and briefings.
Schedules, prepares and accompanies appointments and meetings, completes minutes of meetings.
May coordinate and establish travel arrangements. Manages in- and outbound correspondence.
Maintains confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information.
Perform other administrative tasks using independent judgment and discretion.
Guides implementation and/or administration of Employee and Leadership Communications guidelines, programs and standards, in organization unit(s) assigned.
Develops strategies and advises senior managers in creating and refining key employee messages, speeches and presentations.
Develops and implements employee communication through broad range of communication channels
What do I need to qualify for this job?
More than 5 years related working experience in multinational companies
Good experience in intercultural or cross-department environment
Bachelor or above, major in business administration, financial related
Fluent communication in English
