The Human Resources Systems Professional is a key part of the Services and Performance Management (SPM) Team for Siemens Healthineers, providing overall support and service for the Employee Data Management (EDM) process.  The SPM team works under the direction of the Head of the Services and Performance Management for North America.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • You will develop, maintain, train and implement EDM process and procedures
  • You will audit EDM processing for data quality
  • You will provide operational support for mergers/acquisitions/divestitures 
  • You will work closely with Healthineers HR to facilitate high volumes of data processing and coordinate mass upload files
  • You will manage EDM issues/ escalations, investigate root cause and suggested resolutions
  • You will work closely with all internal providers including Global Business Service (GBS) lines, Deloitte, Siemens Benefit Service Center to ensure process accuracy and/or resolve process issues.
  • You will support Healthineers HR with the eDoc ‘filing and retrieval’ process
  • You will provide operational support for EDM special projects
  • Communicate any/all system issues, changes, upgrades as needed.
  • You will support the TA New hire onboarding process

The Successful candidate will possess the following characteristics

  • The ability to build partnerships with direct stakeholders and other business areas as well as GBS service lines
  • Be accustomed to handling the heavy administrative workflow processing
  • Possess a natural, yet professional ease at working with and relating to the needs ot clients in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely flexible, proactive, highly organized and able to easily shift priorities
  • Have exceptional follow -through and attention to detail
  • Client-services minded professional

Qualifications, Education and/or Experience

·        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, background and experience.

·        Minimum 5-7 years progressive HRIS System experience

·        Ability to collaborate and resolve process end to end accuracy

·        Strong demonstrated problem-solving ability
