What are my responsibilities?
- Achieve the PA PI personal annual sale target in the specified field of Region South;
- Establish and maintain a good customer relationship.
- Internal: report to RS PA PI Team Leader, cooperate with BU and region colleagues, good communication with BU and other business groups;
- External: all relevant people in the customer organization, especially key technical player, key decision maker, project manager and relevant top management person, consultants, authorities.
- Fulfill the individual sales target;
- Sale PA PI products, systems and services in the area/application;
- Fill in CRM from all companies you visited or you have information about incl. customer aims and demand;
- Observe the market to explore new customers or to set up new sales channels;
- Responsible for the budget fulfillment of the Vbez and of the customers;
- Visit customers regularly and establish good but also effective, long term relationships on all levels and to all departments;
- Other related tasks assigned by superior.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Good command of both written and spoken English;
- Good skill of communication and computer (Outlook, Excel, PPT, word, IE, etc.);
- Good Sales skills with customer focus and result orientation;
- Good knowledge of Process Instruments (Pressure, Flow, Level, Temperature and positioner products) application experience is preferred;
- Good knowledge of various branch processes in process industry.
- 3-5 years experiences or above in process industry and with solid customer base;
- Working experiences with international companies or colleagues.
